NC90 is the only programme in the system that explicitly coaches all three. You cannot get a full transformation from training alone.
A structured three-phase progression from full body strength through upper/lower split to peak performance. 3 to 5 sessions per week. Every session has a specific purpose.
Your nutrition plan changes with each phase. Deficit in phase one, maintenance in phase two, performance fuelling in phase three. Managed and adjusted by Steve throughout.
Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions focused on identity, habits and behaviour change. The physical results follow the mental shift. NC90 addresses both.
Measurable reduction in body fat and increase in lean muscle. Most people see 8 to 15 percent body fat reduction across the 90 days, depending on their starting point.
Significant increases in the main compound lifts. A realistic target is 20 to 30 percent stronger across squat, press and hinge patterns by the end of phase three.
By week four most people report dramatically better sleep quality and consistent daily energy without the mid-afternoon crash that defined their previous routine.
The hardest change and the most durable. By day 90 you do not just look different. You have a different relationship with your body, your food and your daily habits.
